心理干预辅助曲唑酮治疗COPD抑郁状态的观察

目的观察心理干预辅助曲唑酮治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病抑郁状态的效果。方法选择合并抑郁状态的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者90例,随机分为Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组,Ⅱ组在Ⅰ组治疗基础上予以心理干预,Ⅲ组在Ⅱ组治疗基础上加用口服曲唑酮片。于治疗前、治疗1周、治疗4周采用问卷调查形式进行Zung抑郁自测量表（SDS）评分。结果与Ⅰ组比较,Ⅱ组治疗后1周有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,Ⅲ组在治疗后1周和4周有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论心理干预辅助曲唑酮对于改善AECOPD患者抑郁状态具有起效快、作用时间长的特点,但其长期效果需进一步临床观察。

Assisted psychological intervention trazodone treatment of COPD depression

Objective Observe the psychological intervention assisted trazodone treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease impact of depression.Methods Select the state of depression in patients with AECOPD,90 patients were randomly divided into three groups,Ⅱ group to be based on the I group psychological intervention,Ⅲ group in Group Ⅱ based on the use of oral trazodone tablets.Before treatment,treatment for 1 week for 4 weeks using SDS score questionnaire form.Results Compared with Group I,Ⅱ group 1 week after treatment were significantly different(P<0.01),Ⅲ in the treatment group after 1 week and 4 weeks were significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion Trazodone assisted psychological intervention to improve depression in patients with AECOPD has a rapid onset,the role of long features.
