舒芬太尼复合利多卡因硬膜外阻滞在子痫前期产妇剖宫产术中应用的可行性分析

目的观察舒芬太尼复合利多卡因硬膜外阻滞在子痫前期产妇剖宫产术中的应用效果。方法将子痫前期行剖宫产手术患者68例随机分为观察组和对照组各34例。对照组给予利多卡因麻醉,观察组给予舒芬太尼复合利多卡因硬膜外阻滞。观察2组麻醉效果,并比较2组感觉阻滞起效时间、运动阻滞起效时间、麻醉诱导至胎儿娩出时间的差异。结果 2组麻醉优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组感觉阻滞起效时间、运动阻滞起效时间、麻醉诱导至胎儿娩出时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将舒芬太尼复合利多卡因硬膜外阻滞应用于子痫前期产妇剖宫产术中,可取得较满意的麻醉效果,值得临床推广应用。

Feasibility analysis of sufentanil and lidocaine for epidural anesthesia in maternal preeclampsia during cesarean section

Objective To observe the effect of sufentanil and lidocaine for epidural anesthesia in maternal preeclamp- sia during cesarean section. Methods 68 eases cesarean section with preeelampsia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 34 cases. Control group were treated with lidocaine for anesthesia, observation group were trea- ted with compound lidocaine and sufentanil for epidural anesthesia. Observed the anesthetic effect,compared the differences of sensory block onset time, motor block onset time, anesthesia induction to delivery of the fetus time of two groups. Results The anesthesia excellent rates of two groups were no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The sensory block onset time, motor block onset time, the onset time of anesthesia induction to delivery of the fetus times of observation group were shorter than control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Sufentanil and lidoeaine for epidural anesthesia in maternal preeclampsia during eesarean section, can obtain a satisfactory anesthetic effect, is worth promoting the application.
