高危妊娠剖宫产孕妇应用益母草联合卡前列甲酯栓的效果观察

目的观察益母草联合卡前列甲酯栓在高危妊娠剖宫产中的应用效果。方法选择2010年2月—2011年2月于本院行剖宫产的高危妊娠孕妇192例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各96例,研究组患者开腹前及术后3d内舌下口服卡前列甲酯栓1mg,胎儿娩出后宫体注射益母草注射液2ml。对照组患者胎儿娩出后给予宫体注射益母草注射液2ml,观察两组出血情况及患者术后肛门排气及子宫复旧情况。结果研究组患者术中、术后出血量明显多于对照组,术后肛门排气时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义;研究组术后子宫复旧快于对照组,术后1、3d宫高明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论高危妊娠剖宫产孕妇应用益母草联合卡前列甲酯栓可较好预防术中、术后出血,促进子宫复旧及术后肛门排气,值得应用。
