奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗非静脉曲张性消化道大出血疗效观察

目的探讨奥曲肽(施他宁)联合奥美拉唑治疗非静脉曲张性消化道大出血的临床效果。方法将65例非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者随机分为观察组33例和对照组32例。观察组采用施他宁联合奥美拉唑治疗,对照组单用奥美拉唑治疗。治疗后比较2组止血效果、止血时间、输血量及48h再出血情况。结果观察组显效率及总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组止血时间显著短于对照组,输血量少于对照组,48h再出血率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论施他宁联合奥美拉唑治疗非静脉曲张性消化道大出血效果显著,止血速度快、输血量少,早期再出血发生率低,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of octreotide combined with omeprazole in the treatment of non-variceal gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of octreotide combined with omeprazole in the treatment of non- variceal gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods 65 patients with non-variceal gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divid- ed into observation group（33 cases） and control group （32 cases）. Observation group were treated by somatostatin combined with omeprazole. Control group were treated by omeprazole. Compared the hemostatic effect, hemostasis time, transfusion volume and rehemorrhage Of the two groups. Results Compared with control group,the significant rate and effective rate were higher, the hemostasis time was shorter, the transfusion volume was less, and rehemorrhage rate was lower in observation group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination of somatostatin and omeprazole is more ef- fective than omeprazole alone on non-variceal gastrointestinal hemorrhage. The hemostasis is speeder, transfusion volume and rehemorrhage rate are lower. It is worth for generalization.
