心理护理“二分法”应用于广泛性焦虑症患者的效果观察及护理体会

目的探讨心理护理"二分法"对广泛性焦虑症患者的影响。方法将44例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为2组,对照组实施一般性心理护理,观察组实施一般性心理护理联合治疗性心理护理"二分法";采用SCL-90症状自评量表及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行评定。结果在HAMA评分中,出院时观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在SCL-90症状自评量表测评中,出院时观察组各因子评分均低于住院时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在出院时,观察组躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性因子评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理"二分法"可在一定程度上提高广泛性焦虑症患者的临床疗效。

Effect observation of psychological care's "dichotomy"in the patients with generalized anxiety disorder and nursing experience

Objective To explore the influence of psychological care′s " dichotomy" on the patients with generalized anxiety disorder.Methods 44 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into two groups.Control group was conducted with general mental nursing while observation group was conducted with therapeutic mental nursing on the basis of general mental nursing.HAMA and SCL-90 were used for assessment.Results HAMA score in observation group(10.23±1.688) was lower than that of control group(14.32±2.662),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In observation group,the SCL-90 scores of different factors in discharged duration were lower than the hospitalization duration,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).When discharged,the scores of factors such as somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety and mental disorder in observation group were lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The psychological care's "dichotomy" can improve clinical efficacy of generalized anxiety disorder patients with a certain extent.
