系统训练模式对鼻咽癌放疗后张口困难的影响

目的探讨系统张口训练模式对改善鼻咽癌放疗后张口困难的效果。方法将93例鼻咽癌患者随机分为2组,实验组46例在常规放疗后护理的同时采用系统张口训练模式,对照组47例则仅给予常规放疗后护理,比较2组于放疗后6个月及放疗后1年发生张口困难的例数与困难程度。结果实验组放疗后6个月及放疗后1年发生张口困难的例数显著少于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组发生Ⅲ级张口困难的人数显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统张口训练模式能降低鼻咽癌放疗后张口困难的发生率并减轻张口困难的严重程度。

Effect of systemic training mode on difficulty inopening mouth after nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy

Objective To explore the effect of systemic training mode on improvement of difficulty in opening mouth after nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy.Methods 93 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups.Experimental group(46 patients) was conducted with conventional nursing after radiotherapy and systemic training mode for mouth opening,while the control group(47 patients) was only treated with conventional nursing after radiotherapy.Number and degree of patients with difficulty in opening mouth in 6 months and 1 year after radiotherapy were compared between two groups.Results 6 months later or 1 year later after radiotherapy,the number of patients with difficulty in opening mouth in experimental group was less than that in control group(P<0.05),and number of patients with Ⅲ degree difficulty in opening mouth in experimental group was less than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systemic training mode for mouth opening can not only reduce the incidence rate of difficulty in opening mouth after radiotherapy,but also mitigate the degree of difficulty in opening mouth.
