| 摘 要： | 目的探讨布地奈德和孟鲁司特2者治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效的差异。方法对照组患儿160例使用布地奈德2周,发作时予以沙丁安醇气雾剂;治疗组患儿160例使用孟鲁司特2周,发作时同样予以沙丁安醇气雾剂。2周后通过观察咳嗽症状的缓解以及肺功能指标:第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)、呼气峰流速(PEF),评定疗效。结果 2组咳嗽症状缓解、肺功能指标的改善情况相比较无明显差异,但孟鲁司特显效情况要优于布地奈德组。结论糖皮质激素类药物和白三烯调节剂类药物对于咳嗽变异性哮喘都有着不错的疗效,2者疗效无明显差异,但是白三烯类药物可能起效更快。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic difference between budesonide(ICS) and montelukast(LTRAs) for CVA.Methods A total of 160 children received budesonide for 2 weeks and were administered salbutamol for acute periods while the other 160 children received montelukast for 2 weeks and were also administered salbutamol for acute periods.After 2 weeks′ treatment,we observed the alleviation of cough syndrome and pulmonary function indexes including FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF to evaluate the effect.Results The two groups in which one received budesonide and the other montelukast for treating CVA showed no distinct difference on the cough alleviation and improvement of pulmonary function indexes.But the group receiving montelukast has shown faster effect.Conclusion ICS and LTRAs both have similar good effects on CVA,but LTRAs could take effect more quickly. |
