职业性急性有机氟中毒的影像学表现及其价值分析

摘    要:目的分析职业性急性有机氟中毒的影像学表现及其价值。方法回顾性分析22例急性有机氟中毒患者的影像学随病程的动态表现,比较CT与X线胸片在不同程度中毒患者的不同时期的表现,探讨各自在刺激性气体中毒诊治过程中的地位和价值。结果在轻、中度中毒患者中,CT与X线胸片可无明显异常或表现为两肺纹理增多,在重度患者中均有明显异常;重症患者在潜伏期末X线胸片可以表现为正常,但CT片已经出现显著异常。结论对于刺激性气体中毒,CT较胸片敏感,能早期诊断,及时发现并发症,避免错诊和漏诊。动态复查床边X射线胸片同样有助于了解病情的演变,评判疗效,尤其是对于病情尚未稳定不宜搬运的危重患者更具价值。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the imaging findings and value of occupational acute organofluorine poisoning.Methods a retrospective analysis of dynamic manifestations of22 cases of acute organofluorine poisoning imaging was implemented,manifestations of CT and chest X-ray in different degree of poisoning and periods of the performance were compared,and their position and value in diagnosis of irritant gas poisoning were discussed respectively. Results In light and moderate poisoning patients,CT and X-ray examination showed no obvious abnormalities or increasing performance of the two pulmonary veins.In severe patients,result showed obviously abnormality;at the end of latent period in severe patients,chest X-ray showed no abnormality, while CT showed significant abnormalities.Conclusion For irritant gas poisoning,CT is helpful for early diagnosis,timely detection of complications and avoiding of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Dynamic review with bedside chest X ray also can contribute to the understanding of the progression of the disease,curative effect evaluation,especially for the severe patients who are not stable for transportation.
