辨证选用活血舒筋手法治疗肩凝症的临床研究

为系统评价活血舒筋手法治疗肩凝症的临床疗效和安全性。初步探讨其治疗机理。选择90例肩凝症患者,随机分为活血舒筋手法治疗组、针刺治疗组和扶他林治疗组。在相同功能锻炼的情况下,分别给予相应治疗,疗程为2周。治疗前后观察患者临床症状分值变化、临床疗效和安全性评价。结果显示7天后手法治疗组临床疗效明显高于针刺治疗组,而与扶他林组差异无统计学意义。14天后手法治疗组和扶他林组显效率明显高于针刺治疗组,两组间差异无统计学意义;手法治疗组总有效率高于其余两组;三组均无不良反应发生。表明手法、针灸、外用扶他林治疗肩凝症均有效,但手法治疗疗效更好,活血舒筋手法治疗肩凝症具有良好的安全性和有效性。

CLINICAL RESEARCH OF APPLYING PROIVIOTING BLOOD FLOW AND EASYING TENDON MANIPULATION ON SCAPULOHUMERAL PERIARTHRITLS DIFFERENTIALLY

To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of promoting blood flow and easying tendon manipulation on scapulohumeral periarthritis systematically and approach the therapeutic mechanisms initially.90 patients of scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into three groups,promoting blood flow and easying tendon group(group A),acupuncture treatment group(group B) and voltaren group(group C).On the same functional exercise,they were given the therapy respectively for 2 weeks.Such items as score changes of clinical symptoms,curative effect and safety evaluation were observed pro-and post-therapy.It showed 7 day s later curative effect of group A was better than tliat of group B,and it had no statistical difference with that of group C.14 days later excellence rates of group A and group C were better than that of group B,and there had no statistical difference between them.The total effective rate was higher than the other two groups.There had no adverse reaction of all.It indicated that all of them were effective to cure scapulohumeral periarthritis,and manipulation treatment had better eefect for it' s favourable safe and validity than the other.
