| 摘 要： | 采用腰椎牵引、推拿、按摩、硬膜外腔药物注射、突出椎间盘髓核胶原酶注射等方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症73例，优良率为91．8％。综合性康复治疗为不愿接受手术的腰椎间盘突出症患者探索出一条操作简单、安全可靠、经济负担轻、治疗痛苦小、效果好的途径。

| Abstract: | A method here is reported for treate prolapse of Lumbar intervertebral dise with the traction of vertebrae the massage, pharmaceutic injection in epidural space and injected collagenase to pulpiform nucleus in invertebral disc being ill. The improvement rest is 91.8%. The results shown that this is a simple safe.economical and effective method. |
