食管癌术后切缘癌残留88例分析

本文报道我科１９７７年至１９８７年手术切除食管癌８７３例，术后切缘癌残留８８例，发生率为１０．１％。术后１、５、１０年生存率为７２．７％、１５．９％、９．２％。分析认为食管癌术后切缘癌残留的主要原因是食管切除长度不足，特别是胸中段食管癌。因此，应当切除足够长度的食管，行食管一胃颈部吻合和术前放疗，以减少切缘癌残留的发生。

RESIDUAL CANCER AT THE MARGIN OF RESECTION IN CANCER OF THE ESOPHAGUS OF 88 CASES

cases with esphageal carcinoma who were operated between1971 to 1987 are reported.Residual cancer at the margin of resection were found in 88cases(10.1%). The survival rates at 1-,3-and 5-years after operation were 72.7%,15.9% and 9.2% respectively.The major cause of this was that the length of the eso-phgus excised was not enough,especially for the lesion in the middle and lower third ofthe esophagus.Thus,it is desired that the extent of the resection is enlarged and per-foumed cervical esophagogastrostomy,and it be received radio therapy of preoperation.
