| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃癌术后早期实施营养支持及其对术后恢复的影响。方法将40例胃癌术后患者按序随机分为全肠外营养组（TPN）15例,PN＋肠内营养（EN）组25例,分别于术后24 h后于营养支持,观察营养支持期间胃肠功能恢复情况,有无腹胀、腹泻、呕吐等不良反应。结果肛门恢复排气时间,不良反应TPN组较EN＋PN组均差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论肠内营养具有符合生理、安全、价廉的优点,胃癌患者术后PN应联合应用EN,逐渐过渡TEN,可减少胃肠相关并发症,早期行肠内营养有利于肠功能恢复。但术后正确的护理是确保营养支持有效的重要因素。
