| 摘 要： | 目的探讨下颌骨缺损成型钛板即刻修复重建的临床效果。方法根据患者下颌骨缺损及软组织缺损范围采用不同的修复方法，对下颌骨修复重建后的面部形态和咬合关系进行比较。结果8例同时行游离髂骨移植者均为Ⅰ级，16例单纯钛板植入者为Ⅰ级9例，Ⅱ级4例，Ⅲ级2例，Ⅳ级1例。7例钛板加肋骨修复者Ⅰ级5例，Ⅱ级2例。结论成型钛板是一种修复下颌骨缺失的良好材料。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinic effect of immediate mandibular defect reconstruction with molding titanium plate. Methods Different repairing methods were used according to the range of hard and soft tissue defect. Facial appearance and occlusal relationship after mandibular defect reconstruction were compared. Results 8 cases with free iliac bone graft were all classified as radeⅠ . 16 cases were repaired by titanium plate. Thereinto, 9 cases were gradeⅠ , 4 cases were grade Ⅱ , 2 were grade Ⅲ, and there is only one case is grade Ⅳ. 5 cases out of 7 with itanium plate and ribgafts were grade Ⅰ and the others were grade Ⅱ. Conclusion Molding titanium plate was suitable materials for mandibular defect reconstruction. |
