针刺对健康大学生关脉脉图参数影响分析

运用脉像仪观察针刺前后脉图的变化。90例健康大学生配对分成3组，分别观察针刺曲泉、阴陵泉、阑尾穴前后两关脉脉图参数变化。结果：针刺曲泉穴后右关脉脉图主波波幅明显增高(P＜0．05)；针刺阴陵泉穴后左关脉脉图主波波幅显著增高(P＜0．01)，右关脉脉图降中波波幅明显增高(P＜0．05)；两组左右关脉脉图的脉动周期均明显延长，以左心室舒张期延长为主(P＜0．05)；左心室舒张期在前组明显延长，P＜0．05，而在后组则明显缩短，P＜0．05，且而组间有明显差异。针刺阑尾穴后两关脉脉图的参数无明显变化。提示针刺肝脾经腧穴在关脉部位上有不同表现，即支持寸口六部分候法，与传统的“左关候肝”，“右关候脾”不完全吻合。

Influence of Acupuncture on Guan Pulse Diagram Parameters in Healthy Collegians

To observe the changes of pulse diagrams after acupuncture?90 healthy collegians were randomized into three groups:group A in which Ququan (LR 8) was needled,group B in which Yinlingquan (SP 9) was needled and group C in which Lanwei (EX-LE 7) was needled.Results:The amplitude of dominant wave of right pulse underwent a marked increase in group A (P<0.05);the amplitudes of dominant wave of left Guan pulse and drop medium wave of right Guan pulse underwent a marked increase in group B (P<0.01,P<0.05);the pulse cycle in groups A and B underwent marked increases (P<0.05);but the parameters of Guan pulse in group C change little (P>0.05).It is indicated that needling the acupoints of liver and spleen meridians presents different changes in Guan pulse,this agrees with the conventional pulse theory,but not in absolute.
