| 摘 要： | 阿魏酸钠(当归水溶性成分之一)具有缩小家兔实验性心肌梗塞范围的作用,缩小率达41％,同时也能降低豚鼠心肌匀浆耗氧量。结果表明阿魏酸钠有利于改善心肌对氧的供需失衡,对临床治疗冠心病心绞痛有一定的价值。

| Abstract: | Sodium ferulate (one water soluble component of Dang-gui) could reduce the size of experimental rabbit acute myocardial infarct region and the oxygen comsumption in myocardial tissues homegenate of guinea pig. The results show that sodium ferulate can adujst unbalance myocardial oxygen requirement and benefit the clinical traetment of coronary heart disease. |
