摘    要:目的探讨锁孔神经内镜下颅内微血管减压术的应用优势。方法锁孔开颅在神经内镜下对11例三叉神经痛患者施行微血管减压术。结果神经内镜下能更好地进行责任血管的判断,评价神经根部减压情况及垫棉的放置位置,简化操作时间,术后并发症少,效果好。结论锁孔神经内镜下显微血管减压术比较通常显微镜下手术具有更大优势,能提高手术治疗效果并减少并发症发生。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the advantage of microvascular decompression under key hole neuroendoscope. Methods Eleven cases of the trigeminal neuralgia underwent microvascular decompression under key hole neuroendoscope. Results Neuroendoscope was better than microscope in identifying the compressing vessel and evaluating that complete decompression of the nerve root which had been accomplished and observing the position of Telfon. Conclusion Microvascular decompression under key hole neuroendoscope is better than microvascular decompression under microscope in treating the trigeminal neuralgia. Microvascular decompression under key hole neuroendoscope can improve the operation effect and reduce the clinical complication.
