| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑钩端螺旋体病(简称脑钩体病)的影像学及临床表现。方法 回顾性观察23例脑钩体性病的CT、MRI表现及临床资料。结果 脑钩体病以脑内神经系统损害为突出表现，影像学表现复杂多样、类似于其它颅内感染及脑血管意外的表现，其临床表现也多样。结论 CT、MR泽脑钩体病的诊断有重要临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical and diagnostic imagimg findings of brain leptospirosis. Methods Retrospect observation in 23 cases of leptospirosis cerebropathy were studied the findings of CT. MRi and clinical. Results Brain leptospirosis is characterized by remarkable damage of CNS, The imaging findings of brain leptospirosis are complicated and variated, and the findings as similar intracranial infection or vasculan acidence. The clinical appearance are vary different. Conclusion CT and MRI had important value in diagnose of brain leptospirosis. |
