| 摘 要： | 侵袭性牙周炎(AgP)是一类具有家族聚集性、进展迅速,不同于慢性牙周炎的牙周组织破坏性疾病,对人类牙周健康危害较大。大量的遗传学研究表明AgP有遗传背景和可能的易感基因。目前国内外有关AgP易感基因多态性的研究主要集中在白细胞介素家族、Fcγ受体、肿瘤坏死因子-α、基质金属蛋白酶、维生素D受体、人类白细胞抗原、N-甲酰肽受体基因多态性。

| Abstract: | Aggressive periodontitis(AgP) is a periodontal tissue destructive disease with familial aggregates,rapid progress that make it distinct from chronic periodontitis and harmful for human periodontal health.Many genetic studies have been showed that AgP has a genetic background and the susceptible gene.The current researches of susceptibility gene polymorphisms in AgP were generally focused on interleukin family,Fcγreceptor,tumor necrosis factor-α,matrix metalloproteinases,vitamin D receptor,human leukocyte antigen and N-formyl peptide receptor. |
