超声介导下无痛人流3652例报导

目的：探讨超声介导下人流的优越性。方法：收集2008年4月1日至7月31日我院无痛人流手术3652例作治疗组；通过计算机管理系统随机抽取2005年无痛人流3652例作为对照组，比较两组手术时间、出血量及术中并发症如子宫穿孔、漏吸及空吸等；术后近期并发症如：吸宫不全、感染、颈管或宫腔粘连等。结果：治疗组手术时间、出血量与对照组比较P〈0．05。治疗组未产生术中并发症，而术后近期并发症比较，无统计学差异。结论：超声介导下无痛人流术，不仅手术快、出血少，而且可以杜绝术中并发症，减少术后近期并发症。

Analgesic Artificial Abortion by means of Ultrasonic B： Report of 3652 Cases

Objective： To evaluate the merits of artificial abortion by means of ultrasonic B. Methods： 3652 cases collected from Apr. 1 to Jul. 31 in 2008 served as study group, while 3652 cases collected in 2005 were withdrawn randomly from computer administration system as control group. The time, bleeding and complications of artificial abortion were observed in two groups. Results： The time and bleeding quantity of operation had significance between two groups. During operation, there were no complications and after operation, complications diminished in study group. Conclusions： Analgesic artificial abortion by means of ultrosonic B is not only safe but also shortens operation time and decreases bleeding quantity.
