| 摘 要： | 目的 应用分子生物学技术检测手足口病病原体EV71,为临床诊断提供依据.方法 根据卫生部发布的<手足口病预防控制指南>(2008年版),收集2008年5月深圳市东湖医院收治的临床诊断为手足口病患儿的大便标本265份.应用RT-PCR技术检测手足口病病原体EV71,将RT-PCR产物测序并在GenBank进行比对分析以检测该方法 的准确度.结果 RT-PCR扩增到特异性EV71 VP1区DNA片段,大便阳性率为24%.测序验证所得DNA片段是EV71 VP1区基因,同时也验证RT-PCR准确度达70%(14/21).结论 RT-PCR检测手足口病病原体EV71可以应用于临床辅助诊断.
