摘    要:颈椎病是一种多病因、症状复杂的临床综合征,其中颈椎间盘退变是其重要病因之一。多模态MRI技术能够准确评估病人颈椎间盘形态和信号异常以及继发性脊髓和大脑结构与功能的细微改变,为深入理解颈椎间盘源性疼痛的发病机制及疗效评估提供重要影像学依据。就多模态MRI技术(常规MRI、基于体素的形态学分析、功能MRI、扩散张量成像、磁共振波谱等)对颈椎间盘源性疼痛的研究现状和进展予以综述。

Abstract:Cervical spondylosis is a group of clinical syndromes with multiple etiologies and complex manifestations, and one of the important causes is cervical intervertebral disc degeneration. Multimodal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technique can accurately evaluate the morphological and MRI signal abnormalities of the cervical disc, delicate changes on the structure and function of the spinal cord, and the brain in patients with cervical discogenic pain (CDP), which provides an important platform for in-depth understanding of the pathogenesis and treatment effect of CDP. In this article, the current status and research progress of multimodel MRI (conventional MRI, voxel-based morphology, functional magnetic resonance imaging, diffusion tensor imaging, magnetic resonance spectroscopy, etc) in CDP are reviewed.
