摘    要:目的:分析何首乌20个产地3种功效组分(二苯乙烯苷类、游离蒽醌类、结合蒽醌类)6种活性成分的含量与产地地理、气候因子的相关性,以期得到各类功效成分形成的关键影响因素,同时为研究何首乌在截疟解毒、润肠通便、补益肝肾3种功能活性上的潜在优势提供参考。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)一测多评法对大黄素、大黄素甲醚、大黄素-8-O-β-D葡萄糖苷、大黄素甲醚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、顺式二苯乙烯苷、反式二苯乙烯苷进行含量测定,利用SPSS进行方差分析、简单相关分析和典型相关分析。结果:不同产地何首乌各成分含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),蒽醌类和二苯乙烯苷类含量最高分别在四川冕宁和湖北武当山;综合环境因子分析,经度与游离蒽醌成分密切相关,低温有利于结合蒽醌成分积累,温度与海拔对二苯乙烯苷成分含量影响较大。结论:结合不同成分的药理活性初步推断,低温、低湿的四川冕宁及其相似环境所产的何首乌,具有截疟解毒、润肠通便的潜在优势;高海拔、大温差的湖北武当山及其相似环境所产的何首乌,具有补益肝肾的潜在优势,该研究结果对何首乌精准药材生产具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Objective:To obtain the key influencing factors for the formation of various functional components,the correlation between the contents of 3 kinds of functional components(stibene glucosides,free anthraquinones,combined anthraquinones)in 6 kinds of active components of P.multiflorum and geographical and climatic factors in 20 kinds of different habitats was analyzed.Methods:The contents of emodin,physcion,emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,physcion-8-O-β-Dglucopyranoside,cis-2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside,and trans-2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside were determined by HPLC-QAMS(multi-components by singer marker),analysis of variance,simple correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis were carried out by SPSS.Results:The content of the components of P.multiflorum from different habitats had significant difference(P<0.05),Among them,the highest content of anthraquinones was in Mianning of Sichuan province,the highest content of stibene glucosides was in Wudang mountain of Hubei province.Combined with environmental factor analysis,longitude was closely related to free anthraquinones,low temperature was conducive to the accumulation of combined anthraquinones,temperature and altitude had a greater impact on the content of stibene glucosides.Conclusion:Combining the pharmacological activity of different components,the P.multiflorum from Mianning of Sichuan province with low temperature and low humidity and its similar environment,has the potential advantage of antimalarial and detoxification,laxative effect;the P.multiflorum from Wudang mountain of Hubei province with high altitude and great temperature difference and its similar environment,has the potential advantage of tonifying and replenishing liver and kidney.The results of this study have certain guiding significance for the production of P.multiflorum radix precision medicinal materials.
