横纹肌肉瘤骨侵蚀X线表现（附4例报告并复习文献）

横纹肌肉瘤骨侵蚀较少见，本文报告４例并复习国内文献报告的８例，对其ｘ线表现进行了分析、总结。横纹肌肉瘤骨侵蚀的Ｘ线表现较为复杂，有骨质破坏，骨膜反应和软组织肿块。为便于认识，作者将骨质破坏分为广泛溶骨型、渗透状、虫蚀状和骨皮质外压吸收四型，这四型可混合存在。通过分析这１２例可见横纹肌肉瘤骨侵蚀多见于四肢骨和颅面骨，病理上以胚胎型、腺泡型为主者多见。

Radiologic Manifestations of Bony Erosion in Rhabdomyosarcoma(Report of 4 cases and review of literatures)

Bony erosion in rhabdomyosarcoma is less common.This paper reported 4 cases and re-viewed 8 cases reported by, domeytic literatures,then summarized their manifestations. Radiologic manifesta-tions of bony erosion in rhabdomyosarcoma were complex, including bony destruction, periosteal reaction andmass of soft tissue. In order to recognize easily, the author divided bony destruction into 4 types: wide oste-olytic type; osmotic-like; moth-eaten and external pressure and absorption of bone cortex. All 4 types maybe coexist. By analizing 12 cases, bony erosion in rhabdomyosarcoma is commonly found in the bones of theextrimities and cranio-facies. Pathologically, most are embryic and acinic type.
