心脏术后佩尔地平与硝酸甘油降压效果比较

目的 比较冠状动脉旁路移植术（CABG）后使用佩尔地平或硝酸甘油的降压效果。方法 80例CABG后高血压病人中，45例使用佩尔地平，35例使用硝酸甘油降压，监测心脏指数（CI），桡动脉收缩压（SBP），桡动脉舒张压（DBP），肺动脉平均压（mPAP)，体血管阻力（SVR），肺血管阻力（PVR）和心率（HR），以确定降压效果。结果 使用降压药物3min后，佩尔地平组SBP，DBP和SVR降低较硝酸甘油组明显，但HR增高，结论 CABG术后高血压使用佩尔地平降压比硝酸甘油更快更有效，降压效果平和稳定，没有明显的副作用。

Comparative study of effect of nicardipine and nitroglycerin on blood pressure control after coronary artery bypass grafting

Objective: To evaluate the effect of nicardipine and nitroglycerin on blood pressure control after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Methods: 80 patients after CABG suffered hypertension. Nicardipine were given 45 cases and nitroglycerin in 35 cases for blood pressure control. Cardiac index (CI), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean pulmonary blood pressure (MPBP), systemic vascular resistant (SVR), pulmonary vascular resistant (PVR) and heart rate (HR) were used to determine the effect of blood pressure control. Results: SBP, DBP and SVR decreased significantly in nicardipine group 3 minutes after administration of the agent than that in nitroglycerin group, but HR was increased significantly in nicardipine group. Conclusion: Nicardipine is more effective in hypertension control after CABG with less side effect.
