摘    要:目的分析输卵管积液的CT及MRI影像学特点,并与病理结果进行对照,以提高对输卵管积液的认识和鉴别诊断能力。方法分析36例经病理证实为输卵管积液患者的CT及MRI资料,观察病灶的形态特征、信号强度,并与病理形态学进行对照。结果其中31例输卵管积液为单侧,5例为双侧,CT及MRI表现为子宫底外侧的囊性肿块,外观呈C形或S形向背侧弯曲,内侧囊壁可见不全间隔影,增强后囊壁及间隔强化。结论C形及S形外观及内侧囊壁不全间隔是输卵管积液CT及MRI特征性表现,具有较高的诊断价值。

Abstract:Objective To improve the knowledge and differential diagnosis ability for hydrosalpinx/ pyosalpinx by analyzing and comparing the CT and MRI appearances of hydrosalpinx/pyosalpinx with pathologic findings. Methods Data of CT and MRI in 36 cases of hydrosalpinx/pyosalpinx which were confirmed by histopathology were analyzed. CT and MRI morphological characteristics and signal intensity of the lesions were observed and compared with findings of pathomorphology. Results Thirty-one cases had two mass at both sides of uterine tube, 5 cystic mass at one side. Hydrosalpinx/pyosalpinx appeared as a fluid-filled C- or S-shaped tubular structure that arose from the upper lateral margin of the uterus. Incomplete septa could be seen at the inside wall of the cystic mass. The wall and septa sometimes demonstrated contrast enhancement. Conclusion A sausage like C- or S-shaped cystic mass and incomplete septa are special findings to hydrosalpinx/pyosalpinx on CT and MRI, which may be suggestive of the diagnosis.
