独一味胶囊对放置宫内节育器(IUD)致子宫异常出血的疗效观察

目的观察独一味胶囊口服治疗放置宫内节育器(IUD)所致子宫异常出血的疗效。方法将120例因放置宫内节育器致子宫异常出血的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例;观察组口服独一味胶囊(月经第一天起),每日3次,每次3粒,3天为一疗程,连服3个疗程。对照组每次口服维K48mg,消炎痛25mg,甲哨唑0.2,每日3次,3天为一疗程,连服3个疗程。结果观察组总有效率为88.34%,对照组总有效率为68.33%,两组比较P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论独一味胶囊口服治疗因放置宫内节育器(IUD)所致子宫异常出血临床效果显著,可作为治疗因放置(IUD)所致子宫异常出血的首选药物之一。

Clinical Observation of DuYiWei Capsule on Uterine Bleeding Induced by IUD

Objective To observe the effect of DuYiWei on uterine bleeding induced by IUD. Methods 120 patients with uterine bleeding induced by IUD were divided into two groups randomly: the control group (60 cases) and the treatment group (60 cases).The treatment group patients took 3 DuYiWei capsules once , three times a day, three days as one treatment course. The administration lasted three treatment courses. The control group patients took 48mg of Vitamin K, 25mg of Indomethaein, 0.2mg of flagyl. The administration and dosage were the same as those of the treatment group. Results The effective rates in treatment group and the control group were 88.34% and 68.33% respectively. Compared with those of the control group, differences ware statistically Significiant(P<0.01). Conclusions DuYiWei Capsule has better effect for uterine bleeding induced by IUD, and is the first choice in treatment.
