| 摘 要： | 探讨胰肾联合移植的方法及远期疗效。方法用腹主动脉插管，ＵＷ器官保存液灌注，整块切取胰十二指肠，脾、双肾及输尿管，对１例１型糖尿病伴尿毒症患者行胰肾联合移植术，胰腺外分泌行膀胱引流，术后四联免疫抑制＋抗凝治疗。结果患者良好，术后７个月出院，带胰有功能存活已６个月并恢复工作。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the method and long term result of simultaneous pancreas kidney transplantation. Methods One case of IDDM patient was performed with simultaneous pancreas kidney transplantation with catheterization of abdominal aorta and en bloc resection of pancreas, duodenum,spleen, kidneys, and ureter. The drainage of pancreas exocrine secretion was established with duodenocystostomy. After operation, quadruple immunosuppressants therapy and anti thrombosis treatment was instituted. Results The patient was discharged 7 months after operation, and went back to work. Now, 16 months after operation, he is alive with normal grafts function. Conclusion The simultaneous pancreas kidney transplantation is an effective method to treat IDDM patient with uremia. |
