| 摘 要： | 目的 总结慢性肺心病心力衰竭的治疗经验。方法 在改善通气、控制感染等常规治疗基础上 ,应用卡托普利 2 5mg ,3次 /d口服 ;多巴酚丁胺 4 0～ 1 0 0mg、酚妥拉明 2 0mg静点。结果 按上述治疗 1周后 ,6 3例心力衰竭基本控制 ,其他症状缓解。 1 7例获得显效。无明显副作用发生。结论 卡托普利和酚妥拉明可显著减轻心脏前后负荷 ,对肺心病心力衰竭疗效较好

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the treatment experience of chronic pulmonary heart disease (CPHD) combined with heart failure. Methods On the basis of improving ventilation and control infection, 80 patients were treated with captopril 25mg t.i.d p.o, dobutamine 40～100mg and phentolamine 20mg intravenously. Results After one week treatment, heart failure of 63 cases were controlled and other symptom were remission. 17 cases obtained obviously effect without side effect. Conclusion Captopril and phentolamine could decrease the preload and after load of heart so that to gain better effect for heart failure of CPHD. |
