醒脑静注射液对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的:探讨醒脑静注射液对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤的影响.方法:将新生7日龄SD大鼠108只随机分为假手术组、缺氧缺血组、醒脑静干预组.观察醒脑静注射液对缺氧缺血72小时后脑组织含水量以及24小时、48小时和72小时后实验侧脑组织匀浆MDA和SOD含量的影响.结果:与假手术组比较.缺氧缺血组大鼠脑组织含水量、脑组织MDA含量明显增高,SOD含量显著降低.与缺氧缺血组比较,醒脑静干预组大鼠脑组织含水量、脑组织MDA含量明显降低,SOD含量显著增高.结论:醒脑静注射液对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤有保护作用,可以减轻脑水肿,抑制自由基的生成.

Abstract:Objective: To explore the neuroproteetive effects of xingnaojing injection on neonatal rats after hypoxie-ischemic brain damage.Methods: 108 seven-day-old postnatal rats were distributed randomly into sham operation group, hypoxic-ischemic group and xingnaojing injection therapy group. The levels of water contents, IdDA and SOD in brain homogenate were measured after animals were sacrificed at set time.Results: Compared with sham opera- tion group, the level of water contents and MDA in hypoxic-ischemie group was increased significantly, but the content of SOD was decreased sharply. The level of water contents and MDA was declined eonsiderably in xingnaojing injeetion therapy group compared to hypoxie-isehemic group, but the content of SOD was enhanced dramatically.Conclusion: Xingnaojing injection could protect the brain of neonatal rats after hypoxic-isehemic brain damage, relieve the cerebral edema and inhibit the free-radical production.
