贞芪扶正冲剂在UFTM联合治疗晚期胃癌中减毒作用的初步临床观察

本文报告贞芪扶正冲剂在ＵＦＴＭ和ＵＦＴ治疗晚期胃癌６例中的减毒作用，治疗设Ａ组为ＵＦＴＭ加贞芪，Ｂ组ＵＦＴＭ，Ｃ组ＵＦＴ加贞芪。ＵＦＴ总量２３－４０ｇ，ＭＭＣ总量４８－６０ｍｇ，贞芪１５ｇ２／日共８周，观察结果毒副反应者Ｂ＞Ａ＞Ｃ（Ｐ＜０．０５），白细胞血小板降低在Ｉ及Ｉ以上Ｂ＞Ａ＞Ｃ（Ｐ＜０．０５），近期疗效Ａ＞Ｂ＞Ｃ）Ｐ＜０．０５）提示贞芪冲剂在联合化疗中有减毒作用，从而可提高疗效。

Study on Attenuation Effect of A-L Tonic Drink against UFTM-associated Systemic Toxicity in Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

In order to evaluate the effect of A-L Tonic Drink on the chemotherapy-associated toxicity, 62 patients with histologically proved advanced gastric cancer were randomly assigned into three groups : group A,both UFTM and A-L Tonic Drink were administrated;group B,UFTM alone;and group c,UFT combined with A-L Tonic Drink. The accumulated dosage of UFT and MMC was 23 to 40g and 48 to 60mg,respectively. A-L Tonic Drink was given at a dos-sage of 15g twice daily for 8 weeks. The results showed that the incidences of toxicity , leukocytopenia and thrombocytope-nia were observed in the order of frequency as : group B>group A>group C(P<0. 05). As to short-term efficiency shown in the different gruops was in the order of group A>group B>group C(P<0. 05). It is suggested that A-L Tonic Drink can reduce the chemotherapy-associated toxicity and upgrade therapeutic effect.
