老年股骨粗隆间骨折110例临床分析

目的探讨老年股骨粗隆间骨折的手术方式及其临床疗效。方法将110例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各55例,观察组采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）治疗,对照组采用动力髋螺钉（DHS）、股骨近端锁定加压钢板（LCP）治疗。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间及优良率均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 PFNA治疗具有微创、手术时间短、出血量少、术后恢复快等优点,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想的手术方式。

Clinical analysis of 110 cases with elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture

Objective To investigate the operational methods for elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture and their clinical efficacy.Methods 110 patients with elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 55 patients in each group.The observation group received proximal femoral nail anti-rotation（PFNA） treatment and the control group received dynamic hip screw（DHS） and proximal femoral locking compression plate（LCP） treatment.Results The observation group was superior to the control group in the operative time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time and excellent and good rate,with significant difference between the two groups（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion PFNA has advantages,such as minimal invasion,short operative time,little blood loss and fast postoperative recovery,which is an ideal surgical treatment for femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
