河托伐他汀联合叶酸治疗高脂血症并部分脑梗死的临床效果

目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合叶酸治疗高脂血症并部分脑梗死的临床效果。方法选择2010年1月-2012年10月本院收治的高脂血症并部分脑梗死患者50例，随机分为观察组和对照组各25例，所有患者均戒烟限酒，调整不良生活饮食方式，控制高血压和高血糖，使用溶栓药物，对照组使用阿托伐他汀，观察组则在对照组的基础上使用叶酸，比较两组治疗后6个月血液流变学的变化及血脂水平。结果治疗后6个月，观察组全血比黏度、血浆黏度和血细胞比容显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组总胆固醇、三酰甘油及低密度脂蛋白均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论阿托伐他汀联合叶酸治疗高脂血症并部分脑梗死，能有效降低患者的血脂水平，对于调节患者的血液黏度效果显著，值得临床推广。

Effect of atorvastatin combined with folic acid in treatment of hyperlipi- demia cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin combined with folic acid for hyperlipidemia cerebral in- farction.Methods 50 cases in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each had 25 cases,all patients were quited smoke and limited alcohol,adjusted unhealthy diet, controlled the hypertension and hyperglycemia,used thrombolytic drugs,the control group were used atorvastatin,the ob- servation group were used folic acid based on the control group,then the changes of blood lipid levels and blood rheol- ogy 6 months after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit was lower than that of the control group respectively （P〈0.05）,The total choles- terol, low density lipoprotein,triglyceride of the observation group was lower than that of the control group respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with folic acid for hyperlipidemia cerebral infarction can effectively re- duce the blood lipid levels and regulate the blood viscosity,so it is worth the clinical promotion.
