耳穴贴压配合定眩汤治疗老年性眩晕临床观察

目的观察耳穴贴压配合自拟中药定眩汤对老年性眩晕的治疗作用。方法132例老年性眩晕患者，随机分为治疗组（耳穴贴压配合口服中药定眩汤）和对照组（西药对照组），治疗时间为14d，观察治疗前后两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组患者中痊愈38例，显效18例，有效5例，总有效率为92．4％；对照组患者中痊愈10例，显效18例，有效22例，总有效率为75．8％。两组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论耳穴贴压配合中药定眩汤口服治疗老年性眩晕效果明显，方法简便，可以在临床中推广应用。

Clinical observation of auricular-plaster therapy combined with Dingxuan decoction in the treatment of senile vertigo

Objective To observe tile therapeutic effect of auricular-plaster therapy combined with self-made dingxu- an decoction in the treatment of senile vertigo. Methods 132 senile patients with vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group （auricular-plaster therapy combined with oral administration of dingxuan decoction group） and control group （western medicine group） in a course of 14 days.The therapeutic effects before and after the treatment in both groups were observed. Results In the treatment group,the number of cure,excellence,and effectiveness were 38,18,and 5 respectively and the total effective rate was 92.4%,while in the control group, the number of cure,excellence,and ef- fectiveness were 10,18,and 22 respectively and the total effective rate was 75.8% .In comparison of effect in both groups,the differences were all statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The auricular-plaster therapy combined with oral administration of dingxuan decoction in the treatment of senile vertigo can obtain an obvious effect,which is simple and convenient in performance and is worthy of extension in clinic.
