跟骨接骨板治疗跟骨骨折23例的分析

目的探讨应用跟骨接骨板治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院2009年3月～2012年6月应用跟骨接骨板治疗跟骨骨折23例患者的临床资料。结果术后经3～18个月,平均8个月随访,骨折全部获得愈合,平均愈合时间为3个月。根据足部功能评分,优为17例,良为5例,可为1例,优良率为95.6%。结论跟骨接骨板是治疗跟骨骨折的理想方法,具有操作方便、固定牢靠的优点。

Analysis of calcaneal bone plate in treatment of 23 cases of patients with calcaneal fractures

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the calcaneal bone plate in the treatment of calcaneal fractures.Methods Clinical information of 23 patients with calcaneal fractures who received calcaneal bone plate treatment in our hospital from March 2009 to June 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Results After 3 to 18 months of follow-up,with an average of 8 months,all the fractures healed.The healing time was 3 months.Maryland foot score showed that 17 cases were excellent,5 cases were good and 1 case was fair,with an excellent and good rate of 95.6%.Conclusion The calcaneal bone plate is an ideal treatment method for calcaneal fractures,which has the advantages including simple operation and stable fixation.
