川芎嗪对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积的疗效观察

目的探讨川芎嗪对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症（ICP）的治疗作用。方法将60例ICP患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用熊去氧胆酸等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用川芎嗪,对照组2例失访,最终纳入统计的为对照组28例,观察组30例,观察两组患者瘙痒和血液生化的改善情况。结果观察组瘙痒和血液生化的改善优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论川芎嗪适合于ICP的治疗。

Effect of ligustrazine on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

Objective To study effects of ligustrazine on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy （ICP）. Methods Sixty patients with ICP were divided into control group and trial group,randomly.Ursodeoxycholic acid etc.were administrated in control group,ligustrazine was administrated in trial group except for the conventional treatment.2 cases of control group were lost,and ultimately included in the statistics for the control group 28 cases,trial group 30 cases. Then scores on pruritus were recorded,and ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL,CGA were analysed in serum. Results Both relief of pruritus and decline of ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL,CGA were significantly greater in trial group than those in control group,the differences were significant （P 0.05,P 0.01）.Conclusion Ligustrazine can be used for ICP.
