锚钉＋腓肠肌腱膜翻转修复治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂

目的探讨一种治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂的方法。方法对16例陈旧性跟腱断裂患者采用施乐辉锚钉＋腓肠肌腱膜翻转双线Bunnell缝合法修复治疗，术后石膏托固定并指导康复锻炼。结果16例患者随访8个月～2年，优12例（75％），良4例（25％），优良率为100％。结论陈旧性跟腱断裂回缩较多（〉3cm），用锚钉＋腓肠肌腱膜翻转法是一种可靠、有效的治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂的方法。

The old ruptures of achilles tendon repaired by gastrocnemius tendon flap rotation with anchor

Objective To explore a way to treat old ruptures of achilles tendon. Methods 16 patients with old ruptures of achilles tendon were treated by Smith ＆ nephew anchor with double Bunnell suture repair of gastrocnemius tendon flap rotation,fixed by plaster and given guidance on rehabilitation exercise after surgery. Results All participants were followed up with the time ranging from 8 months to 2 years,the number of excellence and good were 12 cases （75%） and 4 cases （25%） respectively,and the excellent and good rate reached up to 100%. Conclusion Due to large retrac- tion （〉3 cm） of the old ruptures of achilles tendon,gastrocnemius tendon flap rotation with anchor is an effective and reliable method in the treatment of the old ruptures of achilles tendon.
