泮托拉唑联合依托必利治疗反流性食管炎的效果观察

目的探讨泮托拉唑联合依托必利治疗反流性食管炎的效果。方法选取2011年9月～2012年12月于本院以奥美拉唑联合依托必利进行治疗的37例反流性食管炎患者为对照组,并将同时期以泮托拉唑联合依托必利进行治疗的37例患者选为观察组,将两组患者治疗1个疗程的总有效率与治疗前、后不同时间的食管动力学指标进行对比。结果观察组治疗1个疗程的总有效率高于对照组,治疗后不同时间的食管动力学指标也优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论泮托拉唑联合依托必利治疗反流性食管炎的效果较好,更有助于改善食管动力学指标。

Observation on the effect of pantoprazole combined with itopride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis

Objective To study the effect of pantoprazole combined with itopride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods Thirty seven patients with reflux esophagitis and treated with omeprazole combined with itopride in our hospital from September 2011 to December 2012 were as the control group,and 37 patients treated with pantoprazole combined with itopride at the same period were as the observation group,then the total effective rate at 1st course after the treatment and esophageal dynamic indexes before the treatment and at different times after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group at 1st course after the treatment was higher than that of control group,esophageal dynamic indexes at different times after the treatment were all better than those of control group,the difference was significant （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The effect of pantoprazole combined with itopride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis is better,and it is helpful for improving the esophageal dynamic indexes.
