椎弓根钉棒系统＋椎间植骨术治疗腰椎滑脱症

目的探讨椎弓根钉棒系统＋椎间植骨术治疗腰椎滑脱症的效果。方法选择本院2011年6月～2013年2月收治的60例腰椎滑脱症患者，均采用椎弓根钉棒系统加椎问植骨术治疗，分析治疗效果。结果本研究60例患者术前、术后神经功能采用美国脊柱损伤协会（ASIA）神经功能分级评定，术前ASIA分级为A级7例，B级11例，C级29例，D级13例；术后ASIA分级为D级4例，E级56例。治疗效果评定为优35例（58.3％）；良21例（35．0％）；可3例（5．0％）；差1例（1．7％），优良率达93．3％。结论椎弓根钉棒系统＋椎间植骨术治疗腰椎滑脱症的效果良好，值得推广使用。

Effect of pedicle screw-rod system and interverbral implanted bone fu- sion in treatment of patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis

Objective To observe the effect of pedicle screw-rod system and interverbral implanted bone fusion in tretment of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods 60 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis in our hospital from June 2011 to February 2013 were selected and given pedicle screw-rod system and interverbral implanted bone fusion, the effect was analyzed. Results ASIA class of patients before and after surgeries was based on the standard of American Spinal Injury Association. Before surgery, ASIA class was class A in 7 cases, class B in 11 cases, class C in 29 cases, class D in 13 cases, after surgery, ASIA class was class D in 4 cases, class E in 56 cases, therapeutic effect evaluation showed optimal in 35 cases （58.3%）; good in 21 cases （35.0%）; but nomal in 3 cases （5.0%）; poor in 1 cases （1.7%）, excellent rate was 93%. Conclusion The effect of pedicle screw-rod system and interverbral implanted bone fusion in treatment of patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis is good and should be extended in clinic.
