重症一氧化碳中毒的多脏器功能损害研究

目的分析重症一氧化碳中毒对多脏器功能造成的损害，为今后临床对该病进行诊治提供可靠依据。方法随机抽取2010年1月～2012年6月本院收治的重症一氧化碳中毒临床患者23例，对其临床资料展开回顾性分析。结果23例患者中均存在不同程度的心、脑功能损害，部分患者合并有肝、肺、肾、胰腺等脏器损害，损害3个脏器者12例，损害4个脏器者6例，经治疗后患者的血清酶谱以及心功能均较治疗前发生明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论重症一氧化碳中毒会对心、脑、肝、肺、肾、胰腺等脏器造成损害，临床应给予注意。

Multiple organ dysfunction study of severe carbon monoxide poisoning

Objective To analyze the multiple organ function damage of severe carbon monoxide poisoning and provide reliable reference for future clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods Twenty three patients with severe carbon monoxide poisoning admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to June 2012 were randomly selected. Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The heart and brain function damages of varying degrees were found among 23 patients. Simultaneous damages of liver, lung, kidney and pancreas were also found in some patients. Twelve cases were injured in three organs, 6 cases in four organs. After treatment, the patient＇s serum enzyme spec- trum and heart function were significantly improved compared with those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Se- vere carbon monoxide poisoning can damage organs such as heart, brain, liver, lung, kidney and pancreas, should be paid special attention.
