高频振荡通气改善新生儿呼吸衰竭的临床观察

目的探讨高频振荡通气治疗对改善新生儿呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择本科室2011年1月～2012年10月收治的呼吸困难的新生儿36例,在常频通气治疗失败后给予高频振荡通气治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 36例患儿中达到阶段性有效的有29例（80.6%）,最终有效26例（72.2%）,最终治疗失败10例。患儿给予高频振荡通气治疗30min后氧分压及氧合指数明显升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论高频振荡通气用于治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭,疗效肯定,安全性较高。

Clinical observation of the high-frequency oscillatory ventilation to improve respiratory failure of newborn

Objective To investige the clinical efficacy of high-frequency oscillation ventilation in the treatment of newborn respiratory failure.Methods 36 infants with respiratory failure were chosen in the author’ s department from January 2011 to October 2012,after the failed with normal frequency ventilation treatment,high-frequency oscillatory ventilation was given,the treatment effect was observed.Results 29 cases were reached stage effective（80.6%）,and ultimately effective in 26cases（72.2%）,and final treatment failure in 10 cases.In children with high-frequency oscillatory ventilation in the treatment of 30 minutes after the oxygen partial pressure and oxygenation index increased obviously,the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion High-frequency oscillatory ventilation for the treatment of newborn respiratory failure is effective and safe.
