| 摘 要： | 目的分析社区护理干预对于农村老年人健康行为的影响。方法选择150例东莞市沙田镇立沙新区的老年人,对其进行社区护理干预,观察干预前后老年人遵医行为和健康知识掌握情况。结果 150例老年人干预后的医疗保健行为、健康生活方式、健康知识掌握情况较干预前有明显改善。结论由于农村老年人缺少健康知识及良好的生活方式指导,对其进行社区护理干预有重要意义,能够明显提高老年人的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the impact of community nursing intervention for rural elderly health behavior. Methods 150 cases of elderly people in Shatian Community Health Center were given community nursing intervention, and then compliance behavior and health knowledge situation before and after intervention were observated. Results The medical health behavior, health lifestyle, health knowledge of 150 cases of elderly people were significantly improved after intervention. Conclusion Due to the lack of health knowledge and life-style guidance in rural olderly people, so it is very important for them to receive community nursing intervention, it can significantly improve the quality of life of older persons. |
