诊断性刮宫联合炔诺酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察诊断性刮宫联合炔诺酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床治疗效果。方法将来本院就诊的100例功能失调性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,先对功能失调性子宫出血患者进行刮宫,然后嘱咐患者服用炔诺酮5mg,8h/次,序贯减至日剂量2.5mg,治疗3~6个周期,观察功能失调性子宫出血患者采用此方法治疗后的止血效果、血红蛋白变化及子宫恢复情况。结果仅3例患者的治疗效果不理想,其余97例患者的止血效果理想;所有患者治疗后血红蛋白水平均明显升高;所有患者的子宫大小均在3个月内恢复常态。结论采用诊断性刮宫联合炔诺酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血,能够取得较为满意的效果,值得临床推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of diagnostic curettage combined norethisterone for dys-functional uterine bleeding. Methods One hundred patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in our hospital were selected as study object.They were treated by uterine curettage at first,and then rendered norethindrone 5 mg,8 h per time and sequentially reduced to daily dose of 2.5 mg,for 3-6 cycles of treatment.The haemostatic effect,hemoglobin changes and uterine recovery of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated by this therapy were observed. Results Only 3 patients treatment effect was not ideal,but the remaining 97 cases of hemostatic effect was ideal. Hemoglobin of all patients had significantly increased after treatment.The uterine size of all patients had recovered back to normal within three months. Conclusion Application of diagnostic curettage combined norethisterone for dys-functional uterine bleeding can get satisfactory therapeutic effect,thus is worth widely clinical applying.
