前列地尔联合甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的临床研究

目的探讨前列地尔联合甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的临床效果。方法将48例糖尿病并发周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例。治疗组以前列地尔10μg加入生理盐水20ml中缓慢静脉注射,1次/d,甲钴胺注射液500μg肌内注射,1次/d,连用4周;对照组只用甲钴胺注射液500μg肌内注射,1次/d,连用4周。结果治疗4周后,治疗组的显效率为62.50%,总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组的41.67%和75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后的感觉和运动神经传导速度均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论前列地尔联合甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。

The clinical research of alprostadil combined with methylcobalamin injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with methylcobalamin injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Forty eight patients with diabetes and peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given 10 μg of alprostadil adding 20 ml of saline injection,1 time a day; the control group was given 500 μg of mecobalamin intramuscular injection,1 time a day for 4 weeks.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 62.50% and 91.67% ,was significantly higher than 41.67% and 75.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）;the sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity of the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （ P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Alprostadil combined with methylcobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has good effect,and it is worth to be applied in clinic.
