剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的应用分析

目的分析剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的可行性与安全性。方法选择2011年1月～2012年7月本院收治的46例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的产妇作为实验组,对其剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术。同时选取46例单行剖宫产的产妇作为对照组。观察两组产妇术中出血量、手术时间、术后24h出血量、住院时间和术后并发症情况,并进行组间比较。结果两组产妇术中出血量、术后24h出血量、住院时间以及术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;实验组产妇手术时间明显多于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术安全、可靠,适合临床推广应用。

The analysis of the use of cesarean section and myomectomy

Objective To analyze the feasibility and safety of cesarean section and myomectomy at the same time. Methods 46 cases of pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma from January 2011 to July 2012 were selected as the experimental group, they were given cesarean section and myomectomy. At the same time, 46 cases of maternal with cesarean section were selected as the control group. The puerperas intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time and 24 h bleeding amount, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared. Results The maternal bleeding in operation, postoperative 24 h bleeding, hospitalization time and the incidence of postoperative complications of two groups compared, there was no significant difference （P 0.05）; the operation time of experiment group were significantly more than control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 0.05）. Conclusion Cesarean section and myomectomy at the same time is safe and reliable, is suitable for long-term clinical application.
