无创正压机械通气在急性左心功能衰竭患者中的应用

目的探讨无创正压机械通气在治疗急性左心功能衰竭中的应用价值。方法将本院2006年2月～2012年6月收治的64例急性左心功能衰竭患者随机均分为对照组和实验组。实验组确诊后立即给予经面罩无创正压机械通气；对照组给予鼻导管吸氧等常规治疗。比较两组患者的疗效和治疗前后的动脉血气、呼吸频率、心率。结果实验组总有效率（93．75％）高于对照组（62．50％）（P〈0．05）；实验组患者经治疗后氧分压、二氧化碳分压、心率、呼吸频率的改善较对照组更为明显（P〈0．01）。结论无创正压机械通气治疗急性左心功能衰竭效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Application of noninvasive positive airway pressure mechanical ventilation in treating acute left heart failure

Objective To investigate the application value of noninvasive positive ventilation （NPPV） in treating acute left heart failure. Methods Slected 60 patients with acute left heart failure admitted to our hospital from February 2006 to June 2012,divided them into control group and experimental group,the patients in experimental group were given by the mask immediately noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation after diagnosis;The patients in control group were given conventional treatment such as when administering oxygen inhalation through nasal catheter. The efficacy,arterial blood gas,HR,RR of two groups after treatment were compared. Results The effectiverate of exper- imental group was 93.75%,which was higher than that of control groups （62.50%） （P〈0.05）;Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in the improvement of PaCO~,PaO2,HR,RR, MAP in experimental group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion NPPV has a significant effects on treating acute left heart failure,which is worthy of clinical widely.
