腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的临床疗效和安全性研究

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2011年10月～2013年1月72例采用手术治疗的卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（开腹卵巢囊肿剥除术组）36例和观察组（腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术组）36例,比较两组患者的出血量、肛门排气时间、妊娠率、妊娠时间、并发症发生率以及围术期的氧化应激状态。结果观察组的出血量、肛门排气时间、妊娠率、妊娠时间、并发症发生率均优于对照组,围术期的氧化应激波动也小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的临床疗效和安全性均较高,对患者造成的手术性不良影响较小。

Study on the clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Methods 72 operative patients with oophoritic cyst in our hospital from October 2011 to January 2013 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group（open ovarian cystectomy group） with 36 cases and observation group（la paroscopic ovarian cystectomy group）with 36 cases,then the blood loss,evacuation time,pregnancy rate,time to pregnan cy,incidence of complications and perioperative oxidative stress state of two groups were compared.Results The blood loss,evacuation time,pregnancy rate,time to pregnancy,incidence of complications of observation group were all better than those of control group,the fluctuation of perioperative oxidative stress was smaller than those of control group,the differences were all statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy are both higher,and the bad operative influence for the patients is smaller.
