腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗结肠恶性肿瘤的比较分析

目的探讨腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗结肠恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选择本院普外科收治的结肠恶性肿瘤患者45例的临床资料，依据手术方式不同分为传统开腹组20例和腹腔镜组25例，比较两组治疗效果。结果腹腔镜组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、肠蠕动恢复时间与开腹组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；腹腔镜组术后并发症明显少于开腹组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜下手术治疗结肠恶性肿瘤，具有创伤小、时间短、恢复快、预后好的优点，值得临床推广应用。

The comparative analysis of curing colon cancer treated by laparoscopic and open operation

Objective To investigate the effect of curing colon cancer treated by laparoscopic and open operation. Methods Clinical data of 45 cases of patients with colon cancer in our hospital were divided into open surgery group （traditional open operation group） 20 cases and laparoscopy group （laparoscopic operation group） 25 cases,the treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative drainage volume, recovery time of intestinal peristalsis of laparoscopy group were lower than open surgery group, the postopera- tive complications incidence of laparoscopy group were lower than open surgery group （P 〈 0.05）, the difference were statistically significant. Conclusion The laparoscopy surgery in treatment of colon cancer has small trauma, short oper- ation time, quick recovery, good prognosis, is worthy of clinical popularization and application, which was to be used.
