马尾综合征的护理体会

目的探讨马尾综合征的护理及临床疗效。方法收集本院2008年10月～2012年10月12例马尾综合征的护理资料。结果马尾神经损伤完全恢复0例，不完全恢复12例；鞍区麻木完全消失11例，好转1例；排二便功能完全恢复正常8例，习惯性便秘3例，大小便失禁好转1例；男性功能完全恢复0例，好转10例，无明显好转1例；双下肢肌力完全恢复1例，双足或五趾背伸受限好转9例，12例患者均未出现并发症。结论马尾神经综合征的护理干预可获得满意疗效。

Nursing experience of cauda equina syndrome

Objective To investigate the nursing and clinical efficacy of cauda equina syndrome. Methods The nursing data of 12 cases of patients with cauda equina syndrome in our hospital from October 2008 to October 2012 were col- lected. Results Cauda equina injury recovered completely in 0 case, recovered partially in 12 cases. Saddle area numbness disappeared completely in 11 cases, improved in 1 case. Bladder and bowel function recovered completely in 8 cases, habitual constipation occurred in 3 cases, gatism improved in 1 case. Male fertility recovered completely in no case, improved in 10 cases, improved inconspicuously in 1 case. Muscle strength of double lower limbs recovered completely in 1 case, dorsiflexion limitation of both feet and five digits improved in 9 cases. No complication occurred in 12 cases. Conclusion Nursing intervention can obtain a satisfied effect on cauda equina syndrome
