综合干预在妊娠剧吐孕妇中应用的效果评价

目的探讨综合干预对妊娠剧吐孕妇的应用效果。方法按随机数字表法将100例妊娠剧吐孕妇随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组给予补充能量，纠正水、电解质、酸碱平衡失调等常规疗法，实施临床常规护理和健康教育。观察组在此基础上进行综合干预，包括中药治疗、认知干预、行为干预及家庭干预。比较两组孕妇的临床护理效果及其对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组孕妇的临床护理效果及其对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论对妊娠剧吐孕妇实施综合干预可提高临床护理效果及其对护理工作的满意度，改善生活质量，促进疾病康复，值得在临床推广应用。

The effectiveness evaluation of comprehensive intervention in pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum

Objective To discuss the application effect of comprehensive intervention in pregnant women with hyper- emesis gravidarum. Methods According to the random number table,lO0 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given the energy supplement,correct water, electrolyte,acid-base imbalance and other conventional therapy,and the implementation of routine clinical care and health education was given.The observation group was carried out on the basis of comprehensive intervention,included traditional Chinese medicine treatment,cognitive intervention,behavior in- tervention,family intervention.The effect of clinical care and the satisfaction with nursing work of the pregnant women in the two groups was Compared. Results The clinical nursing effect and nursing job satisfaction of pregnant women in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the differences was statistically significant （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive intervention in pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum can improve the clinical nursing effect and the nursing work satisfaction,improve the quality of life,and promoting disease rehabilitation,it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
