琥珀酸亚铁片治疗妊娠合并缺铁性贫血的疗效和安全性分析

目的分析琥珀酸亚铁片治疗妊娠合并缺铁性贫血的疗效和安全性。方法选择本院2010年2月～2013年1月收治的106例妊娠合并缺铁性贫血患者,将采用琥珀酸亚铁片治疗的55例作为观察组,采用硫酸亚铁片治疗的51例作为对照组,观察两组患者的疗效和安全性。结果治疗后,观察组的红细胞计数（RBC）为（3.96±0.66）×1012/L,血红蛋白浓度（Hb）为（122.22±14.31）g/L,治疗总有效率为89.09%;对照组的RBC为（3.54±1.75）×1012/L,Hb为（110.24±13.34）g/L,治疗总有效率为74.51%;观察组的RBC、Hb和疗效均显著优于对照组患者,且观察组无明显并发症发生。结论琥珀酸亚铁片治疗妊娠合并缺铁性贫血疗效确切,安全,值得临床推广应用。

Effect and safety analysis of ferrous succinate tablets in treatment of the pregnant women with iron deficient anemia

Objective To analyze the effect and safety of ferrous succinate tablets in treatment for the pregnant women with iron deficient anemia.Methods 106 cases of the pregnant women with iron deficient anemia in our hospital from February 2010 to January 2013 were selected,among whom 55 cases used ferrous succinate tablets were as observation group,51 cases used ferrous sublfate tabletst were as control group,the effect and safety of the two groups was analyzed. Results The RBC level was （3.96±0.66）×10 12 /L,Hb level was （122.22±14.31） g/L,and total effective rate was 89.09% in observation group.Moreover,The RBC level was （3.54 ±1.75）×10 12 /L,Hb level was （110.24±13.34） g/L,and total effective rate was 74.51% in control group.The RBC level,Hb level,and effect in observation group were significantly better than those in control group.Moreover,there was no significant complication in observation group. Conclusion The ferrous succinate tablets in treatment for the pregnant women with iron deficient anemia has a better effect and is safety.It is worthy to be popularized.
